No. DocGalaxy is a private digital assistance platform. We help you request, obtain and manage property documents. Documents are delivered through lawful channels and we never claim government affiliation.
How long does it take to get a 7/12 Utara?+
Typically 1-3 working days after we receive complete property details.
What is property verification?+
An information-assistance check of ownership, transaction history and risk flags based on available records. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
How do I track my order?+
Login and open Dashboard > My Orders. Every order shows live status from Pending to Delivered.
Which payment methods are supported?+
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay. Payments are verified securely on our servers.
Do you serve districts outside Rajkot?+
Yes. Rajkot is our launch district with fastest turnaround, and we accept requests for all 33 districts of Gujarat.
