Index-2 vs Certified Copy: What is the Difference?

Index-2 is a summary extract of a registered document containing parties, property description and consideration amount. A certified copy is the full verbatim copy of the registered deed.

For verification and loans, Index-2 is often enough. For litigation or title work, you usually need the certified copy.

Both can be requested via DocGalaxy with district, SRO, document number and registration year.
